Areas of Practice

Alternative Dispute Resolution

What is included in this area of practice?

The practice area of “Alternative Dispute Resolution” (or, “ADR”) includes Mediation, Arbitration, Early Neutral Evaluations and other processes for resolving disputes using neutral third parties.

Why should I hire NFC to handle my Alternative Dispute Resolution matter?

The ADR attorneys at NFC understand that few people truly want to go to Court, and that most would prefer to find a reasonable, fair and less expensive means to resolve their dispute. We also understand that most people would rather retain control over the outcome of their case, instead of having it decided by a Judge. The ADR process allows people to accomplish these goals, and we commit ourselves to helping our ADR clients to achieve a fair, expedient and self-determined resolution to their disputes.

Who is available to help me with my ADR matter?

All of the attorneys at NFC represent clients who are involved in the ADR process in their specialized areas of practice.

Drew Hultgren is available to conduct ADR processes for other parties. Mr. Hultgren focuses his ADR practice primarily upon family law and municipal boundary adjustment matters.
